##Description Hotel San Luca is a four-star hotel located along Via Interna delle Mura, about 800 metres from the Cathedral dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta, in Spoleto. Assisi, a small town perched on a hill and famous for the Basilica of San Francesco, is 45 km away. Perugia, home to one of Italy's most important music festivals, the "Umbria Jazz" festival, is 60 km away. Umbria international airport can be reached in about an hour by car.

This hotel, managed by the Zuccari family, is housed in a nineteenth century building used in the past as a tannery and has been renovated while preserving its original architecture. It includes a lobby with armchairs, an 18th-century fireplace, a collection of nineteenth century soup tureens, a TV room, a bar corner and a breakfast room.

The inner courtyard, connected via a large gallery, is embellished by a seventeenth-century fountain with a stone lion's head. Guests can spend relaxing moments at the solarium.

For business travellers, there are two meeting rooms available at an additional cost, which can accommodate 20 to 90 people.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas and in all rooms, while use of the private car park is not included in the price.
