Athena Beach Hotel

The Athena Beach Hotel has been fully renovated with upgrades and additional facilities, offering guests a high standard of service and comfort equivalent to a 5 star luxury experience.

The Hotel is situated directly on the beach in Kato Paphos, within easy walking distance from the picturesque harbour, the archaeological sites, the shops and the nightlife. A bus stop is just outside the hotel and taxis are always available. Parking in the hotel car park is free for guests.

The resort is situated 15 km away from the Paphos International Airport and 140 km from Larnaca International Airport. Also within short driving distance are four super golf courses.

The 520 rooms and suites have been fully upgraded and fitted with premium wood effect flooring, as well as all bathrooms have been enhanced with contemporary and luxury fittings and a choice of either a bathtub or a walk-in shower. Luxurious rooms and suites offer spacious balconies with views of the majestic Mediterranean Sea or of the hotel’s colourful gardens, luxury beds and floor to ceiling windows, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay for our guests.

The leisure facilities include 3 freshwater swimming pools and 2 paddling pools, indoor pool (heated 1 Nov-31 Mar) and indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis. In addition, the entirely new Oasis Splash allows for children of all ages to have an interactive, safe, and enjoyable experience; together with the existing 25m waterslide, it comprises of an additional new waterslide 42m with separate landing pools and a nearby colourful splash pad with spray toys, guaranteeing endless fun for our young guests.

Other facilities include a floodlit tennis courts, a 24-rink indoor and outdoor Bowls Green facilities, a mini golf, a children’s playground and a Kids Club with organized activities to keep your kids entertained. The extensive range of facilities and amenities makes it a perfect choice for couples and families alike.

The hotel’s Elixir Spa is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. It features a heated pool, a sauna, a steam bath, a fully equipped gym and a hairdressing salon.
